Look no further than this workshop! \nJoin Alison\, our expert mosaic artist\, for a beginner’s exploration of mosaic making\, focusing on the fascinating technique of Pique assiette. \nPique-assiette involves incorporating broken ceramic pieces into your design\, adding character and depth to your creation. \nDuring the workshop\, Alison will lead you through: \n\nChoosing a base\nDesigning the shape and color scheme\nDemonstation on using nippers\nGrouting (with a demonstration)\n\nAlison will provide various design templates\, along with her extensive collection of beautiful mosaic tiles\, including pre-cut shapes. You’ll leave with a professional-looking mosaic that you’ll be proud of. \nNote: Grouting will be completed at home the next day. Guidance and a demonstration will be provided during the workshop to ensure you have the necessary skills. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout the Practitioner: Alison is the creator of Make Mosaic and runs beginners classes in mosaics and other craft techniques across the North West.
