Lisa creates a welcoming space where students can slow down\, listen inwardly\, and nurture both body and mind. \nThis two-hour Yin Yoga class offers a slow\, floor-based practice designed to gently release tension and restore balance in both body and mind. Through longer-held\, passive postures\, you’ll be guided to soften into stillness\, encouraging mobility in the joints and deep relaxation in the muscles. The session concludes with a soothing guided relaxation\, allowing space to fully unwind and absorb the benefits of the practice. Suitable for all levels\, this workshop invites you to pause\, breathe\, and reconnect. \nPlease bring a mat if you have one (there will be a few spare on the day)\, a blanket\, water & cushion/pillow to get comfy and warm.
