We know winter can be heavy for many people\, so this session is about creating warmth\, intention and a sense of possibility — at your own pace\, in your own way. \nThere is no pressure to be artistic or “get it right”\, this is about expression\, exploration and giving yourself permission to focus on you. DESCRIPTION:Brighten up your March with this relaxing\, guided Yin Yoga class with Lisa Woods! \n\n\n\n\nJoin our Winter Wellness Workshops in Huyton Village to explore creativity\, learn new skills and a delicious lunch is included! \nBrighten up your March with this relaxing\, guided Yin Yoga class to connect with yourself and others in the session. \nAbout the Workshop: \nYin Yoga Class \nLisa Woods is a yoga teacher and holistic therapist dedicated to supporting wellbeing who uses a calm and inclusive space to blend traditional yoga principles with a compassionate\, therapeutic approach. Lisa creates a welcoming space where students can slow down\, listen inwardly\, and nurture both body and mind. \nThis two-hour Yin Yoga class offers a slow\, floor-based practice designed to gently release tension and restore balance in both body and mind. Through longer-held\, passive postures\, you’ll be guided to soften into stillness\, encouraging mobility in the joints and deep relaxation in the muscles. The session concludes with a soothing guided relaxation\, allowing space to fully unwind and absorb the benefits of the practice. Suitable for all levels\, this workshop invites you to pause\, breathe\, and reconnect. \nPlease bring a mat if you have one (there will be a few spare on the day)\, a blanket\, water & cushion/pillow to get comfy and warm.
