SUMMARY:Another Day - Painting Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Another Day – Painting Workshop \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nUsing easily-accessible materials and techniques\, this painting workshop looks to engage with themes of nostalgia\, universal experiences\, and daily rituals. We just ask for you to bring an object or photo of a scene you wish to paint\, and we will guide you through it step by step. \nWider Project Overview: \nAnother Day is a collaborative project between curator Francesca Fryer and artist Aaron Jolley\, exploring how the everyday can be perceived and engaged with through processes of care\, facilitation\, and nostalgia. This project will culminate in an exhibition of paintings\, at Elevator Studios in Liverpool in May 2025. \nAaron’s work is inspired by his observations of the everyday- rooftops\, reflections in windows\, and the quiet intimacy of spaces we inhabit.
