Many of us believe we are at the mercy of our emotions, that they are automatic and that we have no control over them. We might often feel angry, or depressed or stuck in procrastination and feel powerless to change.
However, the great news is that we have more control over our emotions than we think.
In this first of a two-part series of workshops, we will explore:
– What an emotion is – and what it isn’t
– Why being in control of our emotions is important for good health and every aspect
of your life, including running a successful business
– The four elements that make up an emotional state
– Scientifically proven ways to change your emotional state quickly, positively and sustainably
This is a fun, interactive workshop held in a safe, confidential space. With thanks to Robbins Madanes training.
