Make CIC’s newest hub, Make Hamilton Square, is a destination for arts, culture and creative entrepreneurs set in the heart of the beautiful Grade I listed Hamilton Square in Birkenhead. The creative studios and open-plan spaces are occupied by an eclectic mix of artists, makers, musicians, community businesses, and more. Residents can also enjoy the delicious on-site cafe and community garden.
What can I find at Make Hamilton?
Make Hamilton’s café is a space for the local community to meet, eat, drink and browse locally made goods. Using resources from the garden in our home baked cakes, including Hamilton honey and calendula, as well as in our growing food menu. The café provides opportunities for the local community and visitors alike, with opportunities to take part in events and classes and learn new skills and crafts such as our regular Drink & Draw life drawing class.
The café is closed for now, but will make its return in better times, so for now we’ll enjoy spring in the garden with our coffee fix from elsewhere.
