If you’re looking for a meeting room in the Liverpool, Birkenhead or Knowsley area, Make CIC has a great range of affordable, alternative and flexible meeting rooms which can host between 2 and 35 individuals.
Whether you require meeting space to facilitate team training, exams, interviews, or you just want some quiet work space.
Our individually-styled meeting rooms are comfortable and creative spaces perfect for breaking out of your usual work environment for a few hours or the whole day.

Make North Docks
Our Make North Docks hire space is a perfect space for meetups, meetings, and workshops. This unusual setting, surrounded by our maker community, production space and workshop offers the opportunity for collaboration into our classes programme, an event with a difference or the convenience to collaborate with our makers to DIY your celebration. The space can also be used for larger gatherings, such as exhibitions, performances, and screenings.
The onsite café Caffe Riccardo is open 10 am – 4pm Tuesday – Saturday, which can provide refreshments during your booking. Our licensed bar can be open for your event!

Production space
Our Production space at Make North Docks is our largest hirable space offering over 30 square metres of blank canvas. Over the years we’ve had some amazing creations built, assembled and performed in the space, from theatre shows, to building pirate ships, giant puppet rehearsals, and more! Perfect if you need a big space to work on a larger scale project, or to plan a performance or market. Access to our wood workshop can be arranged if you need some extra tools for your project.

Make Hamilton
Our new Meeting Space is fully equipped with a kitchenette, food prep and paint sinks, flipchart, and TV—ideal for team sessions and workshops. For larger gatherings, our spacious Conference Space is designed for meetings, events, and exhibitions, featuring two high-definition TV screens for seamless presentations. Between sessions, take a break in our sunny yarden.
