The benefits of being a resident

Our residency programme allows people to focus on their passions whilst enjoying the benefits of our unique spaces.

Enriched with art and culture, our sites aren’t your average working spaces. Each space has it’s own collection of eclectic individuals and fantastic facilities that enable more making. Working alongside artists, crafters and digital businesses naturally leads to opportunities for collaboration. The strong sense of community at Make allows residents to tap into networks and foster creative ideas.

Enterprise Hub Skills

All of our residents are signed up to our Enterprise Hub Skills programme, which offers specialist business support and guidance. If you have any questions about the programme, drop an email to alison.james@makecic.org.

I feel that my confidence has grown enormously since becoming a Make resident. Instead of working alone as many self-employed people do, I’m now part of a creative community that is always supportive and willing to help each other.
