FLIPIM 2025 – Flipping conversations on homes and highstreets
September 26 @ 9:00 am - 7:00 pm

About this event
On Friday 26th September, Make CIC and Future Yard CIC are hosting a day of conversation focused on two vital, connected topics: housing and high streets. Too often, the people doing the real work on the ground aren’t included in high-profile events. We’re flipping that script; bringing together doers, experts, policymakers, and community voices to shape the conversation.
Why now? Because big questions need broad perspectives:
How can we deliver 1.5 million new homes before the end of this Parliament and empower community solutions?
What will it take to reverse high-street decline and future-proof our places amid rapid technological change?
This event will be a space to listen, share, debate, and co-create ideas. We’ll gather insights found in presentations, workshops, panels, and discussions from across the day, into a response that we plan to present to the Labour Party Conference the following week.
Tickets will include refreshments & food.
Please note: the Access Bursary ticket requires an application process. If you require financial support to attend please fill out this form – https://forms.gle/ZhQpcdgrcFqataUY9
