Located on Derby Road in the heart of Huyton Village Centre, Make Huyton Village offers private studios and shared workspace in Knowsley. Make Huyton brings a hive of creativity to the town centre with a high tech Innovation Lab, allowing members of the community to experiment with making and product creation. Make Huyton Village is open 24 hours for all of our residents.
Make Huyton Village Open Days
Interested in a studio space or just curios about what Make do and how to get involved? Come along for a tour of our newest space Make Huyton Village.
Tours will last 30 to 45 minutes and and begin every hour on the hour (eg. 11:00, 12:00, 13:00 and 14:00) at the front of Make Huyton Village, 47-49 Derby Road, Huyton, during open day hours (please check the open day hours for each date as they differ).

Your tour will conclude at Make on the Corner at 22 Derby Road, our additional space used for events, meetings, workshops, classes, pop-up shop, exhibitions, etc.

Your guide on the open days will be Mia Tagg, the Project Lead for Make Huyton Village.
Make’s newest team member, Mia has twenty years experience working in business start-up and project management in Liverpool and London, focused on arts and hospitality.
P revious projects include the cafe bar at FACT, Northern Lights for Baltic Creative and Homebaked Anfield.

M ake Huyton Village is situated at 47-49 Derby Road, Huyton which is on the pedestrianised High Street in Huyton Village. The space was formally Boots.
W hat time does the tour start?
The tour around Make Huyton Village takes between 30 and 60 minutes. Each tour starts on the hour (e.g. every 60 minutes). If you need to get in touch on the day, please call or message Mia on 07492708827.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
- By Bike: There is secure bike storage at the venue.
- By Train: The nearest train station to the venue is Huyton train station. The station is a 6 minute walk from the venue – You can view directions via google maps here.
- By Bus: Huyton Bus station is situated a 3 minute walk from the venue. You can view directions via google maps here.
- By Car: There is free car parking for up to 3 hours situated in Archway Road Address: Archway Road Car Park, Civic Way, Huyton, Merseyside L36 9GD. I s the venue accessible?
The venue is accessible and is situated on the ground floor however. There is an accessible toilet on site.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
A register will be taken at this session, it isn’t necessary to print your ticket.
What is the cancellation policy?
Given that this event is free to attend we do ask that those who sign up, but who cannot make it, let us know ASAP so we can reallocate your space.
