Brighten up your March with this relaxing, guided Yin Yoga class to connect with yourself and others in the session.
About the Workshop:
Yin Yoga Class
Lisa Woods is a yoga teacher and holistic therapist dedicated to supporting wellbeing who uses a calm and inclusive space to blend traditional yoga principles with a compassionate, therapeutic approach. Lisa creates a welcoming space where students can slow down, listen inwardly, and nurture both body and mind.
This two-hour Yin Yoga class offers a slow, floor-based practice designed to gently release tension and restore balance in both body and mind. Through longer-held, passive postures, you’ll be guided to soften into stillness, encouraging mobility in the joints and deep relaxation in the muscles. The session concludes with a soothing guided relaxation, allowing space to fully unwind and absorb the benefits of the practice. Suitable for all levels, this workshop invites you to pause, breathe, and reconnect.
Please bring a mat if you have one (there will be a few spare on the day), a blanket, water & cushion/pillow to get comfy and warm. Don’t forget warm socks to keep toes toastie!
Session run time is 2 hours, followed by 1 hour for lunch which is provided.
