Make Liverpool Appoints a New Chairperson

Kate Lucy appointed as Make Liverpool’s new Chair

Make Liverpool, a social enterprise operating across the Liverpool City Region, has appointed a new chairperson to the board of directors.
As the organisation grows into its sixth year, a new governance structure now sees MAKE formally add non-executive directors to the board.
Along with a number of other valued trustees, Kate has been supporting Make since summer 2018. Previously Kate served as Chief Executive at UC24, a social enterprise which delivers health services across the region.
Kate comes from Walton in North Liverpool & has a passion for contemporary art, supporting leadership and personal development.
Chief Executive of Make Liverpool, Liam Kelly said: “Kate has been incredibly supportive for Make, helping us complete our recent governance review. We’re set up for an ambitious few years ahead and through Kate’s leadership we’ll ensure our house is in order to match our ambitions.”
