Why not join one of our introduction to woodwork classes. A great way to hone your woodworking skills, or to learn a new skill from scratch.
Autumn is just around the corner, and now we know that it’ll probably rain constantly and the wind won’t stop blowing, but we have just the thing to keep you occupied as the nights draw in. Whilst everyone is settling into the new school year or getting over their holiday blues, why not pass the time learning a new skill or mastering an existing one.
Using recycled and reclaimed wood, our workshop manager Mark Evans – who has ten years’ joinery experience under his toolbelt, and a bachelor’s degree in fine art to go with it – will walk you through the steps to crafting your very own product.
An introduction to woodwork:
Tool Box (Sat 2nd September)
Wine Rack (Sat 16th September)
Coat Rack (Sat 30th September)
Tool Box (Sat 21st October)
Wine Rack (Sat 4th November)

The great thing about joining onto our introduction to woodwork class is, once you’ve been inducted into the class and introduced to all of our equipment here at Make Liverpool – you won’t need to do it again. You’ll be a fully inducted member of Make Liverpool’s workshop, all you’ll need to do is become a member to continue to use all our tools after the class. You can purchase a discounted membership on the day of the class, and you’re good to go.
