We had so many amazing small businesses to share with you that we had to make a part 2! Another one for the football lovers, whether you’re a red or blue, they’ve got a design for you. (See what I did there?) Grab a t-shirt for a football lover with magnificent artwork from artist, Alex Fletcher. Alex also does art commissions and has some brilliant music art pieces if football isn’t your thing.

For the fashion forward ones in your life, you should definitely check out No Mind Collective; a streetwear brand based at Make North Docks. Describing themselves as ‘psychedelic streetwear, spawned in scouseland’ their pieces are definitely funky!

Kip Candle Co 

Another one for lovers of sublime scents is Kip Candle Co. Handpoured seasonal soy candles, which arose from Anna and Kyles love for travelling, finding beautifully scented candles as they travelled. If you’re looking for something other than candles, you’ll also find reed diffusers (a personal fave of mine), soaps, scrubs, and home accessories!

Katie Lee Studio 

Looking for a colourful gift this season? Katie Lee is a rainbow artist and designer, creating lovely one off pieces for the home, office or studio. Katie is currently working on the 100 days of abstract challenge, so theres lots of interesting designs to choose from!

The Secret Cake Kitchen 

If you’ve got a foodie in your life, or a loved one with a sweet tooth, The Secret Cake Kitchen is one to watch. Gill runs classes for aspiring cake makers, everything from cupcakes, to drip cakes, and even wedding cakes! Classes are for all ages, and they even run seasonal balloon and decoration classes. The Secret Cake Kitchen are a great way to gift an experience this year, and support local business!

David Bognar 

If your loved one is never out of the kitchen and is a big foodie, getting the right cooking utensils is essential. David Makes fantastic ash and oak cutting and serving boards from his studio at Make North Docks. A great addition to any kitchen.
