2018 Desk Residency is now open @ Make North Docks!
While the year is coming to a close, it’s time to look ahead to the impending new year. What will 2018 bring for you? Is it the year that you’ll finally learn that language or knit that scarf? OR, it could it be the year you finally take the leap and launch your business! If you’ve started a new business, and are looking for space to grow outside your house, check out Make’s new 3 month desk residency right here at Make North Docks.
Make. Liverpool is opening our desk residency again for the new year to individuals looking to grow their fledgling independent businesses. We know the challenges of starting a business first hand, and want to help foster Liverpool’s ever growing entrepreneurial spirit and freelance community by giving someone a space to help make the leap from home-working to co-working. Make North Docks gives you desks to work from with 24h access, and inclusive of all bills, access to communal kitchen facilities, as well as a complimentary membership to our open-access workshop during the time of your residency.
The desks at Make. North Docks are nestled on the top floor of our refurbished warehouse in the city’s spiritual engine room. Working here is a chance to join a group of creatives working separately together. If this sounds like something that would help your business, apply here:

Previously our desk residency has been home to Little Vintage Photography, a company that specializes in taking, teaching, and sharing analogue photography skills, The White Pube, an art-criticism website, and Mertal Pedals, a company that builds guitar pedals.
The next round of interviews will be held in January 2018. Tell us how your independent business would benefit from a co-working space. We’re excited to learn why you would be an ideal candidate for the Desk Residency at Make. North Docks!
