- Experience in monitoring, evaluation, and impact reporting.
- Experience working in the voluntary, community, arts, or social enterprise sectors.
- Experience producing annual reports or board reports.
- Knowledge of public, charitable, and social investment funding opportunities.
- Experience supporting engagement activities, workshops, or community consultation.

- Collecting and analysing impact data from projects, events, and programmes.
- Reporting outcomes and impact to funders, partners, and stakeholders.

- Leading the development of Make CIC’s annual report.
- Supporting colleagues to embed impact measurement within their projects and daily work.
- Maintaining and updating Make’s resident and stakeholder databases.
