Make CIC has been privileged to have Scott Lingard on our board over the past few years, benefiting immensely from his support and professional insight as we navigated a pandemic, cost of living pressures, and delivered on our ambitions to secure a permanent home in Birkenhead and expand into Huyton, Knowsley.
Regarding the conclusion of Scott’s board tenure, Liam said “having Scott support us, productively challenge us, and ultimately care greatly about Make’s vision, and the people who form this organisation, was something I feel incredibly lucky to have had as a leader. Whatever Scott decides to do next, they will be lucky to have him.”
Make CIC’s board play a key role in supporting the leadership in delivering the organisation’s social purpose. 2024 is another chapter of growth and adventure for Make CIC the organisation has appointed an interim finance board member ahead of seeking to recruit new members.
